A large, 5.4 x 4.2 cm, lustrous, platy, battleship-gray, columbite crystal is embedded in albite and smoky quartz matrix on this showy and classic, old-timer from the famous pegmatites at Newry, Maine. This is a very large crystal for the species from this historic locale. Excellent combination material. Ex Mullane Collection and comes with an older, faded paper label.
