Item Description
Dramatically sculptural and arborescent "floater" Copper specimen from this much less well-known cobalt-copper mine in Zambia. The fantastically vesicular piece is composed of somewhat distorted copper crystals on the outer edges with a lovely patina, but if you look closely, you can see fine minute crystals at the micro level. Specimens of this quality came out in the 1960s to early 1970s, and are virtually unseen in today's market.
