Item Description

A sculptural copper with cuprite specimen from the famous Ray Mine. This showy two-sided, arborescent piece consists of sharp, ribbed, spinel-twinned crystals with smaller, nubby tetrahexahedral copper microcrystals all overcoated with various hues of sparkly, cuprite microcystals. This excellent piece comes from a recently uncovered stash from the well-known copper mine, as the specimens were collected in 1959!
