This sculptural, arborescent and biomorphic, tapered, copper specimen from the famous mines at Bisbee looks like one of the versions of Godzilla, with the upright head, extended legs and broad tail. Every turns presents a distinctly different aspect to this hackly/nubby, old-time piece, that is enhanced by the brick-red, cuprite coating. Ex Howard Belsky Collection.
