Item Description
Scinitillating botryoids of two-toned teal-blue cornetite accented with patches of pretty botryoidal malachite cover this striking, undulating plate from the Congo. The larger, lighter colored botryoids are beautifully translucent. The nifty straight groove is the cast of where a long crystal once lay. Cornetites are the rarities amongst the copper minerals from Congo. They never come out in quantity, and are quickly snapped up when they do appear. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!! Old style, not found today.
