Item Description

Here we have a very show and dramatic "burst"-like specimen of Creedite loaded with sharp, lustrous, gemmy, rich orange colored crystals from a find in August, 2009. It was rare to find excellent crystallized specimens of Creedite from ANY locality, until these orange specimens were found in Mexico, which really bolstered the supply of good specimens for collectors. Suddenly, collectors could own a really fine Creedite without having to cough up a ton of money. This is a beautiful and aesthetic near floater specimen with very few broken crystals. The Creedite crystals from this find are generally larger and gemmier, than earlier finds and measure up to 1.1 cm on this piece. These pieces don't get the attention they deserve for their impressive crystallization and strong color.
