Item Description

Cumengite, the rare lead-copper-oxhalide, renowned from the famous Amelia Mine Mexico, is found in only three U.S. localities, all in Arizona. Beautiful, lustrous, translucent, rich sky-blue, cumengite microcrystals are scattered in a well-placed, 1.0 cm vug in bladed to massive barite matrix. This fine and rare piece is from the November, 2007 find by Michael Cline at the famous Rowley Mine. Valued at $300-400.
