Item Description
Another uncommon, colorful and impressive large example of copper ore from the famous Milpillas Mine. The crest of the sculptural, lustrous, mounded piece hosts a dramatic 8.8 cm mass of rust-red cuprite. The matrix of blue-green chrysocolla and rhyolite is a striking contrast and complement. 929 grams or 2.0 pounds mass. An unusual, very interesting and colorful decorator specimen.
