Item Description

A REALLY WEIRD, very showy, compound curved quartz crystal aesthetically set in a CABINET quartz specimen from the Richard Hauck Quartz Collection and Minas Gerais, Brazil. All of the quartz crystals are very glassy, transparent to translucent and the clay inclusions are a striking accent. The 3.7 cm, doubly terminated crystal is a real cutie on this bizarre piece. The curved crystal has very interesting, compound growth faces, as you can see. Some very unusual pocket forces here. This is actually a PRISTINE, complete all-around floater! All of the contacts have healed and regrown. The all-around sculptural, two-sided aesthetics of this strange piece are facinating. Older material.
