Item Description

A great cabinet display specimen of the rare copper arsenate, Cyanotrichite from a mine that best known for its Fluorites. A "ribbon"-like flow of fantastic brilliant blue acicular tufts of Cyanotrichite sitting among the underlying pseudo-botryoidal pale silvery-lilac colored Fluorite groups on matrix. The pale green mineral is unidentified, and I can't really find a species from the listing on mindat.org that matches, so it remains a msytery. This is a big and showy display specimen with wonderful form and overall appearance. VERY hard to find these days on the market. Priced at $1,800 in the inventory for size, quality and rarity.
