Danburite (multi-crystal group)

Item Description

An excellent small cabinet sized group of of lustrous, white, translucent/gemmy Danburite crystals from the classic locality at Charcas. The majority of the crystals have sharp, chiseled terminations typical of fine Charcas Danburites. Classic material from this well-known locale. Multi-crystallized groups such as this one are much more rare in my experience as the majority of the Danburites I have seen from Charcas are loose single crystals. The piece was mined about 20 years ago, and valued in the inventory at $500.
