Delvauxite (rare) (ex Kay Robertson Collection)

Please note, this piece came labeled as coming from a locality called "Vinic, Komotau" in the Czech Republic, but I can't find a listing for this locality. Honestly, I'm not 100% certain that this piece is even from the Czech Republic, as it looks similar to other Delvauxites from Belgium. With that said, this in attractive group of beige Delvauxite in semi-botryoidal forms. The piece is complete all around, and displays well from several angles. This rare iron calcium phosphate is not often seen in good quality specimens on the market. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Velt" November-December 2017).
