Diaspore (rare)

Item Description

Diaspore is not typically found in gem quality material. For many years, Turkey has been the source of the finest and most well-known examples of transparent Diaspore, which you might see marketed under the name "Zultanite". This stone is a beautiful example of this material. It has a "Step Oval" with the classic soft straw yellow hue. There are a few tiny inclusions that can be seen, but this is rare material, and the inclusions are not really eye visible. It would make a great addition to any rare gem suite.
