Item Description
A large and vrey interestingly shaped specimen of classic old Congo dioptase, in a specimen of rare size for the locality. Reneville is known for large blocky crystals as you see here. They have not quite the luster of a Tsumeb dioptase (or the best Kaokoveld pieces), but have even deeper green color to them. This big piece is a good showy dioptase without the price premium of a Tsumeb specimen, and giving you SIZE above all, at 160 grams
