Dioptase with Quartz (Charlie Key)

Gemmy and lustrous, rich emerald-green, dioptase crystals richly line two large, connected, sculptural vugs nicely framed by powder-blue, chrysocolla on this showy and excellent specimen from the Kaokoveld and the Charlie Key dealer stock. The back holds a pleasant surprise of an uncommon cluster of sharp, glassy quartz crystals to 3.3 cm, that are tinted rust-brown and lavender by iron oxides.
