Item Description
A classic and excellent, doubly terminated CABINET calcite specimen from the famous Sweetwater Mine of Missouri"s Viburnum Trend. The gemmy and lustrous, amber calcite crystal is nicely accented with a "wing" crystal and a bit of galena. The frontal face is wonderfully stepped-growthed, while other faces are not. Very interesting. The termination is an excellent, 360 degree crystal and you hardly notice a very trivial bit of edgwear from contacting, not damage, per se. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection.
