Item Description
This very sharp crystal is a perfect thumbnail example of the dark colored tourmaline group species, dravite, showing unusual textbook form and crystal sharpness. A piece from the long held collection of Brazilian specialists (from Canada), Frank and Wendy Melanson, this then went into the notable single tourmaline crystal suite of the Schauss collection back in 2013. A highly lustrous black xtl with a smaller penetrated xtl.
