DT Amazonite w/ Schorl (Madrid Coll.)

Item Description

This large, very sharp, lustrous, textbook amazonite crystal has beautiful turquoise-blue color with typical white sections for the locale. Complete all-around, the crystal is partially doubly terminated. The upper termination is pristine and the tiny schorl needles embedded in three prism faces are a nifty and uncommon accent. The noted contacting on the back termination face and one side of the base are certainly only modest detractions. Choice, excellent and rare amazonite with schorl from the Zapot pegmatite and the Madrid Collection.
