DT Amazonite xl (Schlichter Coll.)

Item Description

A sharp, doubly terminated, turquoise-blue amazonite crystal with interesting iron-oxide staining from Park County. The moderately lustrous and translucent crystal has a textbook feldspar termination. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, the back is contacted, but has very little actual damage. This crystal was obviously part of a larger cluster and is a candidate for expert cleaning. Ex Schlichter Collection. A classic and excellent Colorado single amazonite crystal.
