Item Description

Splendent, splayed, parallel-growth, hubnerite blades are strikingly accented with quartz crystals on this outstanding combination piece from the famous Pasto Bueno District. This is an impressive doubly terminated crystal cluster. All of the many hubnerite terminations on both ends are pristine, though, just a bit rough. The imposing, 6.8 cm, tapered quartz and the super-cute 2.3 cm, opposing quartz crystal are both doubly terminated and pristine. The small side car quartz is broken and this is where the attachment was. This is classic and superior quality, older combination material from this noted locale from the Giancarlo Fioravanti Collection. He obtained it in a trade from the R. Trapper Collection in Zurich in 1977.
