Item Description

Dyscrasite is a signature species discovered in this this silver-rich vein that was mined from mid-2008 to spring 2010. Here we have a nice representative example from the Bouismas Mine in Morocco featuring elongated prismatic crystals of Dyscrasite with a dark patina on the surface measuring up to 1.1 cm long. Additionally it has been noted that Silver and Allargentum can be present on these specimens, though I cannot say for certain if that's the case with this piece. Some light greenish colored crystals of Actinolite are visible under magnification.
