Wow! This large plate from the famous Muzo Mine is essentially solid emerald!! The vuggy front of the massive emerald matrix hosts numerous, gemmy, light emerald-green crystals. The prominent, water-clear, gem is 9 mm x 8 mm x 6 mm and there are more, really cute, gem crystals scattered about. Many, if not, most of the crystals are broken or contacted, but this remains an amazing, incredibly rich emerald specimen from this most famous of Colombian emerald mines.
