Item Description

Certainly, one of the more unusual and desirable fluorite varietals from the famed Elmwood Mine - the etched fluorite corner. They have a unique and distinct scepter look. This one has two colors. The striking etch patterns and the purple with near colorless interior make for a showy piece. The glassy, pyramidal faces are water-clear to frosted and you can look right into the interior. This corner has rich RARE included flakes of pyrobitumen (basically, petroleum). Complete all-around and pristine. This piece goes back to the 70s or 80s. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!! Valued $400-600 generally, for a single rare bitumen-included corner like this.
