Euchroite with Parnauite (ex Brian Kosnar Collection)

Item Description

A beautiful specimen from the historic Svatodusna Valley in Slovakia. The piece features dozens of bladed, foliated, richly colored crystals of rich blue-green Euchroite and minor micro Parnauite on matrix. These attractive Copper Arsenates are rarely found together from any locality in the world, and this piece is a great representative example of this classic material. Svatodusna is the type locality for Euchroite. Please note that the crystals are a bit more green in person than the photos indicate.
