Item Description
Superb single, doubly-terminated clear and gemmy Euclase from the type locality. This crystal is almost perfectly gemmy all the way through, has excellent luster, and one very sharp termination. The bottom is actually ALSO terminated, just not quite as sharply. Some very minor edgewear detracts not at all from the overall aesthetics and importance of this specimen. Imagine, a 4.7 cm DTed Euclase! This is such a piece, and from the type locale according to Charlie Key, I nwhose collection this was. Valued $2500, as a major gem crystal
