Localities include: New Hampshire; Leadville and West Maroon Pass, Colorado; Italy; the orthoclase pseudo after cerussite from Cornwall (old); Japan; Idaho; Massachusetts; British Columbia, Canada; Nevada; Madagascar; and Norway.
