Ferberites from the Erongo Region are quite rare, and any one that is euhedral and in the cm size range is quite exceptional. Crystals even 1 cm in size are highly prized. This Ferberite is an amazing 4 cm in length. The metallic luster is very good, striated for the most part and mirror-like in a few areas. One edge was cleaved, but the overall size and quality is still exceptional. Much better in person, this is really quite a find for Erongo.
