Item Description
The Fluorapatite crystals from Golconda are some of the most attractive and colorful examples of the species from anywhere in the world. This piece is noteworthy due to the fact that it's nearly colorless (very pale lilac) and GEM quality. The main crystal is a fine quality, think hexagonal prism, with a few secondary off-shoot crystals flaring in different directions to give the piece characters. A different style of Fluorapatite for the locality, and a cool piece to add to any collection of gem crystals, thumbnails or Brazilian minerals. From the collection of Shields Flynn.
