Item Description

A 3.0 cm, translucent, raised fluorite "egg yolk" is aesthetically set on uncommon amethyst matrix on this adorable miniature from Mahodari. Most fluorites from here are on white quartz. Botryoidal fluorites are rare worldwide. They are best known from this Indian locality, and from a recent find in China (purple ones). Exceptional combination material for the size and locale. Valued at $350-500.
