Item Description

The famous and iconic Fluorite specimens from the Tule Mine in Muzquiz are some of the most recognizable Fluorites from any Mexican locality. This beautiful small cabinet features beautifully stepped cubic crystals of Fluorite with a high reflective luster and a rich purple hue which are overgrowing a translucent and nearly colorless "core" of Fluorite at the center. Very minor roughness on the display side, it's well-crystallized all over, save the back where it was removed from the pocket wall. These pieces have been around for decades, but in recent years seem to have dried up on the market. A must have for any fan of worldwide Fluorites or Mexican minerals. Valued at $600 in the inventory.
