Very glassy and gemmy, variably purple, interpenetrating fluorite twins to 1.5 cm richly cover the mounded matrix on this showy and excellent example from this well-known locale. Note the so-called day-glow purple fluorescence when the piece is placed in brighter light. It explodes with purple under UV light!
