Item Description

A pretty and striking, two-sided, mounded specimen of gorgeous, translucent and lustrous sea-foam green fluorite crystals to 2.1 cm covering a wedge of milky-white quartz matrix from the famous Deer Trail Mine in Utah. The beautiful fluorite crystals exhibit combinations of the cube and dodecahedron. Very choice material from the 1981 find and these are fairly large crystals for the locality. One end is contacted and a bit of periphery wear is noted. This remains a fine example of the species and locale. Excellent purple fluorescence.
