Item Description

A sculptural and RARE combination from a New Find at this obscure Chihuahua mine. Fluorite is rare from here. Tightly intergrown lustrous and translucent, yellowish-green cubes have satiny luster and are nicely accented with clusters of pearlescent creamy barite blades. The stepped-growth faces give a nice 3-dimensional aspect to the cubes, to 2.0 cm, on this aesthetic mounded specimen. Bright blue-purple fluorescence. Valued by the former well-known Mexican dealer and collector, Dr. Pete Megaw, at $400.
