A striking and beautiful, CABINET, cluster of translucent, incredibly pretty blue, fluorite cubes from the famous Minerva # 1 Mine (Mahoning # 1 Mine) of Southern Illinois. The cubes have pronounced stepped-growth faces and nifty purple edge phantoms. This is one of the top colors for Illinois fluorite. Trivial periphery wear is noted. Older, outstanding material from the R. Wallace Knapp and James Webb Collections. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
