Item Description

A striking "mountain range" of three sharp fluorite octahedrons courses across the top of this impresive and aesthetic large mounded plate from recent finds at this noted locale. Tightly intergrown, unique green, gemmy and lustrous octahedrons with frosted faces cover the quartz matrix plate. The striking large doubly terminated octo on the left is 3.2 cm long and the three large octos look great from either side. The frontal presentation view is pristine. This is an exceptional, rich and sculptural large example from the locality with rich purple fluorescence. Valued at $1500-1750 and worth it. These are contemporary classics, with little new material coming out recently. Ex Paul Zerfass Collection # 576.
