Item Description
Gemmy and lustrous, very pretty mint-green fluorite cubes to 2.9 cm are aesthetically set on matrix of frosted, flattened, calcite rhombs on this exceptional combination specimen from an older, small, one-time find at the famous Nikolaevskiy Mine. The color and glassiness of these cubes are first-rate. This fluorite color is one of THE most desirable and uncommon Dal'negorsk varietals. The calcites are pristine and a trivial bit of noted edgewear to the fluorites is certainly not a detraction. Comes mounted on a custom-made latex base and was formerly in an advanced collection. Both the fluorite and calcite fluoresce, light purple for the fluorite and reddish-orange for the calcite. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
