Item Description
Unique green, gemmy, sharp fluorite octahedrons, to 2.5 cm, are aesthetically scattered on the sculptural quartz matrix. Some fluorite faces are glass-clear, white others have satin luster, an interesting contrast. A striking contrast is that some of the quartz has a yellow iron oxide coating, adding much character and even more color. UV lighting reveals a major SURPRISE. Part of the quartz matrix is coated with Hyalite Opal. Bright purple LW UV fluorite fluorescence and neon-green SW UV hyalite opal fluorescence. This showy combination with a bonus is from the well-known 2013 find at Riemvasmaak.
