Item Description

A beautiful and aesthetic display specimen from the Xianghualing Mine featuring a few "stacked" groups of gemmy green Fluorite, with the largest group measuring 5.1 cm across, that play host to a pair of beautiful tabular, translucent, off-white colored bladed Calcite crystals which are intergrown at nearly a 90-degree angle, and dramatically flaring off of the largest Fluorite group. Minor Quartz can be seen on the base of the piece for a nice touch. The amazing arrangement and visual impact of the piece leaves nothing to be desired, and it's one of the showiest examples we've had to offer from this locality. No major damage anywhere on the front/display side of the piece. Valued at $3,000 retail. From the collection of Brian Kosnar.
