Fluorite with Calcite (ex Brian Kosnar Collection)

Item Description

A wonderful, GEM/gemmy golden yellow crystal group of cubic Fluorite from the classic locality. Associated small gemmy scalenohedral silvery Calcites can be seen on the piece as well. The specimen is in great shape overall, and is crystallized all the way around with the only real point of attachment at the base. The largest Fluorite measures 8 mm on edge. The crystals are so gemmy and they were difficult to photograph, and honestly the piece looks better in person. A very worthwhile and attractive Fluorite specimen from this well known Fluorite producing district.
