Fluorite with Spessartine Garnet and Smoky Quartz (rare combo!)

Wushan is well-known for its high quality Spessartine Garnet and Smoky Quartz association specimens, but rarely does one see them associated the Fluorite. The combo of the three species is highly desirable and sought after from this locality, ESPECIALLY when the Fluorites are as large as they are on this specimen. This fantastic cabinet sized dipslay piece hosts a few large (for the locality), octahedral Fluorite crystals of a rich deep purple hue meausring up to 2.1 cm (!) which are associated with lustrous, deep red color Spessartine crystals featureing trapezohedral and dodecahedral faces measuring up to 6 mm along with sharp, lustrous, gemmy Smoky Quartz crystals measuring up to 2.7 cm long sitting on cream Microcline matrix creating a beautiful multicolor effect. I can see at least 6 Fluorite crystals on the specimen, and they are all in excellent condition, with no real damage that I can find with the naked eye, though there is one contact on the back of one of the crystals that you can't see when the piece is displayed. Additionally, it's important to note that the PURPLE Fluorites from this mine are less common than their green counterparts, which increases the value on this already eye-catching and highly displayable specimen. If you look closely at some of the Smoky Quartz crystals, you will see inclusions of tan-brown pocket clay, which in some cases are almost forming "Fenster" or "window" habit overgrowths. This material is becoming less and less available on the market, and you would be hard pressed to get your hands on another piece of this size and quality with the rarely seen purple Fluorites for such a great discounted price.
