Item Description
This fine Fluornatromicrolite presents itself nicely on the matrix. The flattened octahedron of deep green Fluornatromicrolite (member of the Microlite Group) is actually GEMMY, and it rests on partially gemmy Albite. The Fluornatromicrolite is about 3 mm across, and it has good luster. Microlites of size are unusual - this is a very good thumbnail from an old find here.
