Item Description
A striking, tablular, elongated, galena monolith is aesthetically set on limestone matrix covered with dolomite crystals spinkled with rubyjack sphalerite and chalcopyrite crystals. The main body of the galena is 3.4 cm long. This is classic, old-time, very showy and uncommon material from the famous Joplin Field. Ex Ernie and Vera Schlichter Collection.
