Splendent, metallic-bright, galena cubes to 2.0 cm intergrown with twinned sphalerite crystals and diverging sprays of glassy quartz points form a showy and excellent mounded specimen from the famous mines at Madan. The cubes have interesting stepped-growth, skeletal/hoppered/fortification features with some nifty swirled faces and lightly rounded crystal edges. Facinating. Classic Madan galena.
