Sharp galena crystals are relatively rare from the famed Sweet Home Mine. Rare melted-look, lustrous, battleship-gray cuboctahedrons, to 8 mm, are attractively clustered and scattered on the 3-dimensional matrix of euhedral to granular tetrahedrite nicely accented with quartz points and quartz. Rare and most excellent accessory species with a mid-1990s $300 label price on the base.
