Item Description

Very sculptural galena from this well-known mine in this ancient polymetallic Pb-Zn-Ag mining district. Strikingly intergrown splendent metallic elongated cubes are dramatically crowned by a 1.4 cm hoppered galena. Scattered about gem, golden-yellow sphalerite crystals, to 1.0 cm, are super accessories to this showy and classic small cabinet combination. This mine is well-known for galenas of this fascinating style.
