An adorable aquamarine and albite combination miniature from the Shigar Valley. A 2.7 cm, water-clear, gem, aquamarine crystal has greenish-blue color and lightly frosted faces. The aqua is very jauntily set in the flat-lying cluster of sharp, pearlescent, blocky, albite crystals. Looking down the C-axis of this limpid beauty is like looking into a water-clear springfed pool of water. The albites are pristine and the aqua, nearly so, with only trivial termination edge wear.
