Item Description
Mineral specimens from this obscure small pegmatite are rare and are rarely on the market. This is a very fine, gem, water-clear, doubly terminated, light green triphane with distinctively different terminations. Faces on the wedge-shaped crystals are gem-clear to frosted and some faces have amazing etch patterns. The C-axis shots highlight the mellow green color. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, except for gentle bruising on the narrow end. Similar material also comes from nearby Resplendor in the Doce Valley. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection.
