This is a very CUTE set of sharp textbook crystals of four popular gemstone species. These include gem, sharp, fine examples of: colorless sapphire; tanzanite; green beryl; and a really cute, slightly bi-colored aquamarine. All the crystals are thumbnail sized and display well on their own as well. A unique set for the auction! Locations: Sapphire - Gem gravels, Ratnapura, Ratnapura District, Sabaragamuwa Province, Sri Lanka (1.4 x 0.4 x 0.3 cm); Tanzanite - Merelani Hills, Lelatema Mountains, Simanjiro District, Manyara Region, Tanzania (1.3 x 0.5 x 0.3 cm); gem beryl from Jos Plateau, Plateau, Nigeria (1.4 x 0.4 x 0.3 cm); and aquamarine from Qu Chau District, Nghe An Province, Vietnam (1.6 x 0.3 x 0.3 cm).
