A beautiful, sharp, textbook thumbnail danburite prism with a water-clear gem, chisel termination from Dalnegorsk. RARE older material from the Fersman Museum. Ex Kay Robertson Collection # 10669 and acquired from the Cisneros's at the 1985 Tucson Show, BEFORE the flood of Dalnegorsk specimens hit Western markets in the early 1990s. Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien-Welt" November-December 2017).
