Item Description
An impresssive and outstanding miniature cluster of large intergrown spessartine garnets from the 2007-2008 finds in Tanzania. NOW GONE - no more are being found! The rich mandarin-orange, gemmy, luscious, lustrous, transparent to translucent sharp modified trapezohedral spessartine garnets have striking flashes of rich golden-yellow color and nicely striated faces. Complete all-around and pristine. The contacted base has no damage, per se. 92 grams mass. A beautiful and exceptional spessartine cluster of large crystals with a lot of geometric appeal, too. It GLOWS, when backlit! Valued at $2500.
